Our founder, Megan Trottier, was inspired by her grandmother, who battled Alzheimer’s disease. Watching someone she loved face memory loss gave Megan a deep appreciation for the power of a healthy, active mind — and a passion for helping others protect theirs.

That’s part of what makes Mahjong so special. Beyond being a beautiful game, it’s brilliant for the brain — encouraging memory, focus, strategy, and connection. Every shuffle and every hand keeps the mind sharp and the heart full.
